About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
Inspired by one of the most successful TV shows of all time, The FRIENDS™ Experience arrives in Singapore. Fans of the show will be able to see identical reproductions of sets, exhibition props, and photogenic spaces. You don't want to miss it!
How long does the experience last?
It takes about 1 hour to walk through the exhibit; however, during peak times patrons should anticipate longer wait times inside the exhibit.
Where is the experience located?
The FRIENDS™ Experience: The One in Singapore will take place at: Fever Exhibition Hall, 25 Scotts Road, Singapore, 228220.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The experience is held indoors in an air conditioned venue.
Can I purchase merchandise or souvenirs?
Of course! The FRIENDS™ Experience Store will be open to the public and ticketed guests any time The FRIENDS™ Experience is open! Please keep in mind we have strict capacity limits and will admit Guests to the store as capacity allows.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverage for purchase at this venue.
Is it possible to eat and drink at the event?
Food and drink are not permitted inside the experience. After the spaghetti sauce stain on the couch, this rule is at Monica's insistence! Resealable bottles of water are permitted.
Are there strobe lights?
This experience will not include strobe lights.
Can I take photos or video during the event?
Yes, You're encouraged to take photos and videos throughout the space! Remember to share your photos on social media with #FriendsTheExperience #TheOneInSingapore so we can see them! Photo Equipment, such as tripods, light stands, and reflectors, are not permitted inside.
Can I propose to my partner at TFE?

About access to the event
When do I need to arrive for my reservation?
It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before your reservation time.
What happens if I cannot make it to the reserved time?
If a visitor misses the start of the session, they may be accommodated in the next session, subject to availability.
Are pets allowed?
We love our furry friends; however, pets are not permitted inside. Though we do welcome service animals.
Is there any age restriction?
All ages are welcome to this experience and the space is accessible for prams/strollers. Kids under 4 years old will be allowed in for free.
Is parking available?
Yes, behind the Royal Plaza on Scotts hotel there is a multi-storey car park. Entry is via the hotel driveway or Claymore Hill. You can check car parking rates here. There are also other car parks located in close proximity, including Wilson Parking Singapore located at 10 Scotts Road.
What items are prohibited?
Sharp objects, weapons, and illegal contraband are prohibited. No outside food or drink is permitted. Water bottles and reusable water bottles with a cap that can be sealed are welcome. Smoking and vaping is prohibited.
Is smoking allowed at the venue?
Smoking is not allowed at the venue.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, The FRIENDS™ Experience and the venue is wheelchair accessible. If you think you may require additional assistance, please inform our front of house staff who will be able to help you accordingly.
Is there a lost and found?
We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. Do contact projects@gmg-productions.com if you require further assistance.
Is there a cloakroom or coatroom?
Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.
Are audio guides available?
Unfortunately, this experience does not have audio guides.
Will restrooms be available on site?
This venue does not have restrooms. The nearest restroom is located at the Royal Plaza Hotel—please ask our staff on site for indications.
About tickets
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the door; however, tickets are subject to availability, and guests with timed-entry tickets have priority, so we recommend buying tickets online in advance. You can purchase tickets in the Fever App (available on Google Play and the Apple App Store) or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the "Tickets" section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from Google Play and the Apple App Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Who is Eligible for Resident tickets?
Resident ticket rates are available to Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and holders of Employment Passes, Work Permits, or Dependent Passes. You may be asked to present your NRIC or relevant pass for verification.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your event. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check if this option is available by consulting your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever App where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Follow the steps indicated in the link to change the date and/or time of the ticket. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
Are there tickets for caregivers?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker at the entrance of the venue. For this experience, simply show proof of needing a carer ticket at the entrance and the carer will be allowed in for free.
